We build AI tools for Australian job seekers. Tools that understand what recruiters actually look for, what ATS systems need to see, and what works in this market.

The idea started because job hunting tools are either too generic or too complicated. ChatGPT is helpful but gives you raw text full of corporate clichés that needs hours of formatting. Traditional resume builders give you templates but no guidance on what actually makes a strong application.

So we built something in between: structured workflows that know what to ask for, AI that understands Australian hiring practices, and documents that come out ready to submit. No formatting headaches, no guessing what recruiters want, no starting from scratch every time.

We currently offer five tools: a resume builder with ATS checking, an interview coach with voice practice, a resume checker that spots problems before recruiters do, a bullet point enhancer that turns vague statements into quantified achievements, and a cover letter generator that addresses actual job requirements.

Everything is built for the Australian market including local terminology, industry norms, and formatting standards recruiters expect. Because small details matter when you're trying to land interviews.
