Service

We provide resume building tools and services. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

User Conduct

You must use this service lawfully and not interfere with its operation or other users.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access to our services for all users, we implement usage limits as described below:

Free Trial Access

• Anonymous users (not signed in) receive one free use per tool, tracked by IP address
• This trial is permanent and does not reset
• Each tool (Resume Builder, Resume Checker, Interview Coach, Cover Letter Generator) has a separate trial allowance

Paid Access

• Paid users receive unlimited access to all tools for their 30-day access period
• Unlimited access is subject to the daily fair use limits described below

Daily Fair Use Limits

To prevent abuse and ensure service availability, all users (including paid users) are subject to a daily fair use limit:

• 20 requests per tool per day (24-hour rolling window)
• Each tool has a separate daily limit (e.g., 20 for Resume Builder, 20 for Resume Checker)
• Limits reset automatically after 24 hours from your first use
• Limits are tracked per user account (for signed-in users) or per IP address (for anonymous users)

Exceeding Limits

If you exceed the daily fair use limit, you will receive a temporary error message. Your access will automatically restore after the 24-hour window expires. These limits are in place to ensure fair service availability for all users.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time to maintain service quality and prevent abuse. In cases of suspected automated access, bulk scraping, or other forms of abuse, we may restrict or terminate access without notice.

Content

You own the content you provide. We may use it to provide our service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and lawful.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service.

These terms are governed by Australian law.
